This is Pixie our 7-year-old Cat. We rescued her and her also solid black littermate when they were just kittens. Black cats seem to be the least favorite when it comes to adoption. Pixie hates to be brushed and her long fur tends to get matted. So now we take her to Indiana Bones in Simi Valley to have her shaved about once or twice a year.
